Light on the Path is all about identifying, developing and spreading good practice, especially where it is not so commonly used but makes a big difference.  We research good practice, draw it together in an accessible form, and increasingly create new sorts of good practice. All our work has at its root developing the whole person and drawing out their passion and success.

Making learning more accessible

  • write learning points and case studies for the Scottish Government's Employability in Scotland website
  • deliver Reiki training on an outreach basis - recently at Momentum's Energiser project, and at the Pearce Institute's Art of Living Club
  • working with Scottish Government, SQA, Lifelong Learning UK and Skills Development Scotland to develop a suite of qualifications for employability support workers
  • co-ordinating the Leonardo SHARE Employability project, which includes study tours, learning events and, all going well, work placements in Stockholm for Scottish volunteer support workers

We can help you too

...to spread your own good practice through case studies and videos, develop your ideas, or yourself.  To find out more about any of our work, contact Sabrina Allison on 07903 930781 or via the contact page.

"This is a lovely report and I think you have done our work proud, thank you.  I am impressed that you got a feel for the project so thoroughly." - Case study project manager

Our website is going to be renovated so apologies that the side links don't work just now, but hopefully some of the links above will keep you busy in the meantime!
